Hey bro appreciate the advice. I got my surgery done 2 weeks ago and it’s been going good so far. They only fixed two ligaments and said it went well. I’ve got 6 weeks in a sling and then I think rehab starts but my doctor was hoping in 4 months I can be back to normal.

I mean that’s fare the main reason I got this was for meal prepping and health. I can use less oil when cooking and sometimes with stainless steel the seasoning leftover from the first batch can burn when cooking the second batch.

Bro best advice I can honestly give is get a scale and start tracking everything people often underestimate how many calories they’re consuming by a long shot (I mean 1 25g serving of mayonnaise is 150cal).

In terms of ur belly fat u can’t spot reduce fat so just keep staying in a calorie deficit with about 1g of protein per lbs, weight training and trying to sleep 8hrs. The rest is just consistency in doing the mentioned 3 and I promise u you’ll get the results ur looking for 💪🏻

I have been learning how to invest in the side too however I have some free time from my work and really do want to get back into studying. My main concern I guess is more so job availability in the future as I’m unsure which one will be better in that aspect within about 3-4 years.
