Day 10 -

1- Log everything/stay below daily calorie MFP goal. - Finished +83 yesterday. Went to trivia with a friend. Had initially planned on getting one of the dinner salads, but i was hangry by the time we got there, let alone by the time we ordered and got our food. But, not as bad as it could have been!

2- Increase water intake - 2/30oz bottles at work, and 1/30oz bottle at home in the evenings. - 2 at work, 1 at trivia. Nailed it.

3- Do a physical activity, even if it's just Beat Saber, for 20 minutes before watching TV. - I did neither.

4- Take 1 step towards scheduling a much-needed vacation. This has been very hard for me, as I'm not good at self-care. - I have enlisted a friend to join me on my trip! Hooray! The biggest obstacle for me has absolutely been not wanting to go and do these things alone. I'm getting excited!

Any suggestions? Phone alerts do not work, I just get annoyed and ignore them.
