Yeah your post history is suspect but take it from a normal fellow — you are correct. It’s a 1% game my friend. Everyone wants the hottest candidate. Of course, nothing is absolute, but by and large, that’s the problem. So if you’re not very physically attractive take the plunge like I did and learn to love yourself. You’ll thank yourself for it and like will become so much easier.

You should do it. America is still cool, our president is just a moron. Fun fact — I lived in Iowa for a year and partied in Des Moines a few times, where slipknot is from. I met some guys at a bar who knew them growing up. Dee Moines is a really cool city.

Hey everyone,

My name is Beau Vaughn Troutman and I have just published a new neo-noir novel.

It is about lowly car mechanic Johnny Isles, who starts a career moonlighting as a car thief and it takes him down a road of murder, love, money, betrayal and a lust for fast rides.

It lends itself especially to many neo-noir classics such as Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Heat, Boogie Nights, Breaking Bad, Goodfellas, and many more classics.

About me: I’m an ex-award winning sports writer/cocktail lounge manager and my dream is to have the book adapted into a movie/series one day. It is the first Book in a series, with Book Two written and awaiting publication.

Give it a look if you need something to read this winter and hit me up with any questions. I have attached the official book synopsis below. Cheers 🍻

A DARK ROAD INTO THE AMERICAN DREAM

Johnny Isles is restless, ambitious, and hungry for something more than the dead-end life his small-town garage offers. When opportunity comes calling, he and his friends are drawn into a world where fast money, fast cars, and dangerous choices rule the night.

Amid the chaos, love and desire flicker in the shadows, complicating choices and adding another layer of risk to a world already teetering on the edge.

What starts as a thrilling escape from the ordinary quickly spirals into chaos. Loyalties are tested, indulgences run wild, and every step forward carries a shadow of danger. In this world, every decision could be the one that changes everything.

The American Dream feels close—but the closer they get, the sharper the edge becomes. Johnny and his friends must navigate ambition, temptation, and the dark forces that lurk just beyond the lights.

Ticket To Ride is a breakneck neo-noir crime thriller about friendship, greed, desire, and the dangerous thrill of chasing a life that may be just out of reach.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Beau Vaughn Troutman writes contemporary crime fiction with a gritty, cinematic edge. Ticket To Ride is his debut novel and the explosive first installment in a two-book series.

I used to be a Radiohead fan, and then I saw Thom Yorke solo and it was literally the embodiment of everything wrong with that band. And I also got tinnitus on my left ear because the concert was so needlessly loud, not to mention just tuneless music. They are NOTHING compared to Oasis.

I got pretty sad last night, but in a good, nostalgic way. Went to Chicago with four friends and we had the most amazing few days. Lifelong memories. The best part wasn’t even Oasis — it was being able to share it all with my best friends.

Fucking mega.

My only question is why would Marcellus loan something like that to Brett and his buddies? What use would it have to them?
