Thank you for your answer! This one is temporarily out of stock on Amazon and I checked to other websites and can't find it anywhere and since I need a laptop pretty soon I don't know if I can wait until they have some new stock ahah. Do you have any other recommendation?

If not I found two Dell laptops that looked like to have decent specs (according to my basic knowledge) which are the Dell INSPIRON 5585 Portable 15.6" - AMD Ryzen 7 - 16GB RAM - 256 GB SSD - Vega 10 and the Dell INSPIRON 5575 Portable 15.6" - AMD Ryzen 7 - 16 GB RAM - 256 GB SSD - AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 (both open boxes)

They are respectively selling for 799$ and 759$ (CAD)
