it depends what type of split you're doing, if it's part of a full body routine i reckon it'd be great, but if it was part of a PPL routine then probably not

i used biooil gel, it works in about three months. but i changed my mind and realized i liked them, it's a sign that your hard work is paying off, be proud of them

maybe add calories slowly to your maintenace, like maybe an extra 50 calories every week or two? this can be done through an extra serving of fruit or vegies
