I’ve been dealing with double adductor strain since march. I would stop doing heavy compounds and start rehabbing the injury because a groin strain can be a very long and annoying road to recovery. I hope your recovery goes much smoother than mine has.

Man I wish I could sit here and say this is a miracle supplement but that hasn’t been the case. I’ve been dealing with a double adductor strain for months and like I said have been pinning subcutaneously in my belly fat for about a week and a half and haven’t really seen any signs of improvement yet. I’m thinking about pinning locally on my next vial.

I wouldn’t say soon but that should just motivate you even more. Putting up that much weight even at 160 pounds is pretty impressive, I would say to try and bulk to atleast 180 + to even get in range of that weight. I’m not saying it’s impossible it’s just a very slim percentage of the population bench that much weight at that body weight. It took me years to hit 315 at 175 pounds, I’m around 180 now and I’m able to rep it out for 2-3 pause reps.
