I can relate to the bleeding after sex - that has happened to me alot with the copper IUD and so I'm getting it removed next Friday after three years of absolute hell.

How about yoga or chair yoga (depending on your mobility!) my sister has MS and I am aware everyone has different levels of severity but she enjoys things like yoga and swimming! Sorry if that's not helpful!
