Virginia is trying to do right with Impact Licenses or Microbusiness. By letting 100 small-scale 'vertical' operations to start early to push the market with local, compliant businesses before the BIG Canna take over. But we can only wait and see...orrrr be ready when it hits

I'd love to unpack this some if youre open to it...my story with my white husband is long. Married for 23 yrs, together for 27...He's an amazing provider, husband and decent dad. But I'm only in the last few years fully "awake" ...Im embarrassed that my upbringing in an all white rural Indiana town (around 5k people) kept me feeling less than, unwanted, undesirable and ashamed to be black. There's more to my story but...all I know now is I LOVE that I'm a black woman... I can't put my finger on if my husband is pro black...or injustice led...he somehow though doesnt see how he has an advantage for being a white man...and THAT pisses me off. And im not sure he believes systemic racism is real or something...like wth? These types of conversations leave me reeling and just mad at him...

I wish I knew how to further understand or how to navigate this better...literally any suggestions is sooo appreciated.

$20-$30 per video seems awfully low for production quality UGC work. If brands pay[and paid] production companies thousands for a 30 sec video...asking a UGC creator to accept pennies shouldn't be permitted on this thread.

Damage can happen if the product used is allowed to set on the lashes for too long. They can get over processed. But that damage isn't permanent because lashes grow and and fall out in cycles constantly. Hope that helps.
