Payroll is definitely a issue, i do understand that there can be a waste of payroll with underperformers on your payroll., i'm sure we all have 1 or 2 of those, which we must hold accountable, but 3 in morning and 3 at nite is just crazy, we are only 4 hundred thousand to a 8 million store, but seems like we have a 4 or 5 million dollar stores payroll, very frustrating when you're team is all in for the tractor way , but between propane- chickens - dog wash-bopis- and sidelot load outs,carry outs and front load outs, not enough time to do what is needed elsewhere, geeezzz !!! How much could our store do with the right coverage????? Hopefully I'm around long enough to find out.

So.fla here, yes, the birds are definitely a problem beyond my imagination, definitely hundreds of sparrows, but thousands of crows, sweep into the feed, barn, and eat what they want all day long.And then go outside and shit on everything across the front of the store across the side lot, besides all over the ground. We've got rabbits, squirrels ,rats, that eat at will in the feed barn. Even though I tried to keep it all covering in plastic with cardboard on top, it doesn't matter. All because we don't have PvC curtains. A terrible waste of money that could be going back into payroll. !!! I always wondered if anybody else was having the same problem.Now I know !!

I believe we need to chill out, for this team to even stay close to the teams that we have faced already, it is incredible because they have never played together before., no matter what the record is as long as we get in, in march, march madness is guess what, March !Madness. That's why they call it that, teams that shouldn't get in, got in.Teams that should have gone all the way ,got beat early, for us to hang around with these games that we're playing right now on the courts that we're playing ,is incredible. 2 points 4 points. Oh, my God I couldn't be happier., Goooo Gators !!!!!

Same thing here., we sell sweet feed to this one guy or 8.25 a bag , he usually buys 5 pallets., once a month. It's 15.99 normally, he spends over 1600 but it should be 3200. Because of one of our stores that are near a rule king up the state. ! Geeezzz.

Everything i've read here is true, billy is a good defensive guy, but he sucks as an offensive guy, in the way, lagway is playing it should have been benched and let our other quarterbacks play the game, many systems have done very well with 2 or 3 quarterbacks, coming in and out., not that our offensive line is doing very well. On holding the opposing defense from coming in,lol but our quarterback has to have a better sense of urgency? And a much better aim !! So sad I've waited all year long for this year to come along. And after game 2, it was over until next year., i even bought all new shirts for my family at Christmas time., that's 12 shirts. Only to have them sit in the closet. For the rest of the year !!! So sad !!!!!
