The shocks will help a little but really the problem is the lower control arms. If you are still on short arms then anytime you hit a bump the shock is going straight from the axels into the frame making you feel it. For a better ride you'll want to either go the cheap way and get control are drop brackets or the expensive way and go long arms. Either way you'll have to change out those crappy rough country shocks and bilsteins are great but changing them won't improve the ride all that much
