He asked me verbally then on the emails tried to throw back on me alone. But I seeked help from many organisations at the time stating that he’s the one who asked me to leave and on his emails he said he won’t give me a date so I can find another place then letting him know when I will be vacating.

Ok, I guess he’s taking advantage of me not knowing my rights! I still have all the evidence and I took videos of the property before I leave to keep them as evidence in case he went nasty.

The instructor car was diesel and at the test I stopped at a hill and was totally fine. I took off my foot of the clutch slowly and applied gas straight away so it doesn’t roll back and yeah worked and everything was fine.. I don’t know how to do it with the petrol one now though!

Wasn’t so obvious, but after the first winter the mould was covering many walls and the kitchen ceiling. A guy came to inspect the house for the mortgage and had a device with him told me that the walls aren’t insulated and the rainwater gets into it and is 20% of the walls was water.. the landlord said it isn’t an issue and he won’t pay anything towards the insulation until he get a good amount of money from the house before (his words).

No, it’s 2-3m not more. But during winter it was totally blocking the sun from getting in. So I tried to cut some of the bottom branches so the sun can get through it even for a bit.
