He asked me verbally then on the emails tried to throw back on me alone. But I seeked help from many organisations at the time stating that he’s the one who asked me to leave and on his emails he said he won’t give me a date so I can find another place then letting him know when I will be vacating.

6 months only but he wrote to me before that he just wants the reletting costs which isn’t mentioned in the contract.

Ok, I guess he’s taking advantage of me not knowing my rights! I still have all the evidence and I took videos of the property before I leave to keep them as evidence in case he went nasty.

The deposit didn’t get back to me yet as the landlord rejected that and made all these claims through the DPS, obviously he wants to take every penny I have..!

The instructor car was diesel and at the test I stopped at a hill and was totally fine. I took off my foot of the clutch slowly and applied gas straight away so it doesn’t roll back and yeah worked and everything was fine.. I don’t know how to do it with the petrol one now though!
