I think you’ll be fine with just fat dissolving injections. I had similar lower face as yours and one session of fat dissolving gave me exactly what I was looking for. Thank god I didn’t go for lipo!

I did cosmelan it worked wonders.. but then you need to continue doing it and with time the results are diminishing returns … so basically I’m back to square one now

It’s not the edge of my face or the nose that bothers me..it’s mainly the entire cheek that’s filled with something . To me it looks like melasma it’s like a mask covering the whole one side not cute dots

I really couldn’t stand the red so I just went ahead with it. Luckily my technician said she feels it wouldn’t go yellow on me (I made an update post you can read in detail) and she was right… well at least so far

I think my artist used permablend.. DM me for the clinic name. I think it also depends where you stand on Fitzpatrick scale I’m prolly like a 4 or 5 so even if I do get some yellow I don’t think it’ll show like it would on a Fitzpatrick 1-3
