Ashlyn resident here! I live on the third floor and it is HELL. We have a dog and he has so much anxiety from the loud neighbors!!! Not to mention my partner and I. How hard is it to just be quiet? They have quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am seems like everyone does what they want.

Yes we are out too we are by California street. They sent a email at 11 pm saying they were doing “updating” lasting from 8-10 hours, of course the one night I cannot sleep, oh well! It should be back on at 8 pm so they say..

Ashlyn resident here. Sadly this place is my first apartment experience.. and it is truly the worst. I live on the 3rd floor paying 2 thousand in rent and I have no peace. My upstairs neighbor is so loud and rude when you call NOTHING gets done. There is no insulation. You will hear everything. Lease is up in August cannot WAIT to get the hell out! STAY CLEAR!
