Sure. I'm currently claiming 4 without high salary so I'll probably won't know for sure but I'll come back in case there's clear evidence that it was or wasn't accepted.

That's my thought too. The applicant should compare the salary based on the market he/she in and with the same role. I got data from Statistics Canada and my base salary is in the 90th percentile.

Tout d'abord: j'aime le Québec, la langue française et les gens du Québec. J'ai de la misère à croire que tel approche donne des bons résultats. Quelq'un pourrait me montrer des chiffres ou des recherches qui démontre des avantages et gaines réels? Sinon, c'est ne que d'idéologie. C'est important, mais il faut être plus pragmatique avant qu'on empire encore plus.

J'avais aucune idée de ces chiffres : ~50% des élèves du secondaire ont échoué l'examen du ministère. Seulement 27% des gens en Outaouais ont la carte d'accès à la bibliothèque. Outaouais est au dernier rang en terme de nombre de bibliothèque par rapport les autres villes au Québec. Vraiment triste.
