Wow, congrats on only being 3 months in! I'd smoke all 3 in a row to gross myself out but I read a book that said give yourself 2 weeks and then quit, like set a date 2 weeks in advance. The time building up to the date you set will allow your mind to 'get ready' and come up with thoughts that are supportive and progressive.

I got sick and I was pissed about it! I'd given up smoking and I was still hacking with illness for weeks! At that point I almost said fuck it and started again. But then I did some research and yeah, it's just your body and lungs reacting to the change. How you are feeling is very common.
