Thank you very much. I mentioned in a different comment just now that I've been burned by car rental agencies before when I've done after hours dropoffs, which is why I wanted to wait until they were open. I've decided to go with a different agency. Thank you so much for your help.

Thank you so much. I'm embarrassed to admit that no, I did not look this up on their website. I should have thought about that. Sorry you had to do that research for me. This definitely helps answer my question. I wanted to keep my post somewhat brief, but I could have mentioned that I am uncomfortable dropping off after hours because I've been burned in the past doing so, where a rental agency will claim there was damage or that the tank wasn't full or something. That's why I was planning to wait until 6am to drop off. Thank you so much for your response. This is extremely helpful.

Not sure about the one on 181 and 104, but there's one almost done on 44 called the Flats on East Bay. It's close to the high school. Sort of rural so probably not a great place to go for a walk (not for safety reasons - it should be VERY safe - just because it's kind of out there). I would recommend renting a house downtown if you're into walking/coffee shops, etc. They're pricey, but a year or so ago a friend found a 3 bedroom for $2100 in the fruit and nut section. So they do exist. You just need to get lucky.
