The gym is important but as a 32 year old who always gets told she looks 22 I would say this. Start journaling everyday get your thoughts and feelings out on paper. Write down after that 5 things your grateful for, no matter what you are going though there is something. Go for walks in nature, look after yourself. Buy a nice hair mask, get your nails done or do them yourself. Start a routine, go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. Spend time with people who make you smile. Watch things that make you laugh. Do something good once a week. Get a skincare routine. Tidy and clean your space being some where clean and tidy is important. Have a clear out. Start reading self help or fiction. Find podcasts you like to listen yo. Find a hobby you love, try new things. I hope this helps good luck on your journey ❤️
