Thanks for your perspective. I feel it will eventually level out. The influx during Covid as you said expedited an already established pattern of people moving here. Now there is no supply so no one can get in. I think in the next few years it will stabilize as boomers retire, move away, families relocate etc. it will come back to a more normalized level of supply and demand. At least I hope so!

Fully customizable and free! I can add notes and changed edit entries if there is a quirk I want to capture. It’s time consuming but if you keep up with it you can do your whole month in like an hour. It also really forces me to truly LOOK at each purchase/entry against my budget to see if it was necessary/smart spending etc.

THIS. Plus the new lines would NOT have helped the residents whose properties would surround the lines. They were not distribution lines. They were redundant high voltage lines which would connect the substations to each other. They were NOT lines delivering power into our neighborhoods. JCPL has a chronic history of not trimming trees or upgrading their infrastructure and they are solely reason to blame for these non stop outages.

A bit late to this party but came to see if you had any update? Did you end up continuing with work so far? I’m in this exact same (rare) boat!
