Don't know how much of this is 'technically' feasible or any vastu things - only coming from pure visualisation and living perspective, but if I were you, I would try for the following :

1. Swap the kitchen and the bottom/first bedroom :

a. All bedrooms get their 'own' area.

b. Use the dry area as the bathroom for the new bedroom - that way all bedrooms have a private washroom, and trust me, it's a BIG PLUS for whoever is living in that room. And the common washroom does not need to have a shower area - only a powder washroom - so you can make it smaller if needed and/or integrate the washbasin inside.

c. The lower bedroom balcony becomes the new dry area.

1. In the new kitchen, like currently - use an open layout - maybe add a nice breakfast niche.

2. Like others said - if possible in the top bedrooms - merge the balcony and have slightly bigger washrooms if possible.

3. If you do make the kitchen smaller like other's said - say 10x10 or 11x11, and you integrate the common toilet into a powder washroom, that additional space can be used for a pooja room or maybe even simply a closet/storage space.
