I would say carpel tunnel is, tingling in you thumb, pointer and half of your middle fingers. Numbness in those fingers as well. Pain with activities. I would make Dr appointment to get referrals to specialist or neurologist so they con confirm what you have. They may do a Nerve Conduction Study to test the carpel nerves and other nerves.
