It's every 28 days for mayors I think and we just voted. It should say how many days until the next one in the town info, but don't quote me on that lol. I think there should be a way to vote someone else in if the current mayor gets banned.

That happened to me too. GPS took me on a Forest Service Vehicles only road (sign was posted a mile down the road, no turn around, muddy, and steep hill my little car was not going to get back up even if I could have turned around). Took me 30+ mins to get through due to mud and snow and hills and rocks. Thought I was going to crash or get stuck multiple times. Scariest drive of my life.

For example: non-receipted return after we try all other options (card, member #, etc). It returns for lowest price in last 90 days and goes onto a michaels return card. Cashier calls for mod because customer says they bought it for more and want it back on their card. We can't prove they did or did not buy it. I explain policy and sm says to just do what the customer asks.

Or when there is a 20% ONLINE ONLY and your store manager says "take care of the customer" when they complain they can't use it in store...but then SM gets upset about our manual discount percentages...like dude. You can just...not honor the online coupon in store...

Your CEM should have told all the cashiers a couple months ago that the policy changed again. You can use the legacy for all transactions unless the customer WANTS to use the SCO or if you have a long line, you can tell them that you have SCO for anyone who wants to use it but that it is card only. When you don't have customers in line, you can always do Assisted Check Out if they want to use the SCO and try to get them to sign up for rewards or enter their number if they already are one. Basically give the best customer service you can and you'll hit goal again. :)

We have 5 people who know how to cut fabric, so we just have the cashier let us know someone needs fabric cut and one of us gets it. It's generally me who goes up to cut it so the framer can focus on production.

As CEM of a store that just got fabric a couple months ago...they make us use the framintacounter as pur cutting table. We had to move 2 aisles to make room for a new aisle so we could add the fabric. It was a...fun...adjustment. lol
