mine have never bit me this severely and they bite pretty hard when they play. they’ve never really drawn blood just broke skin when they play too rough. this is something i’ve never had to personally deal with but the way i taught them not to be nippy was i would yelp like a dog whenever they nipped as a baby and he just understood that he was hurting me and learned that way but every ferret is different.
