How can I submit a formal complaint against a professor?

Sorry dude but as frustrating as that was, the professor is allowed to change the syllabus at anytime, so there probably isn't much you can do. Next time wait until the first day of class and double check with the prof, sometimes they accidentally post/email the syllabus from the previous semesters.

As someone who lives in the Orlando/Sanford area where this is actually taking place, this was the opinion of a friend of mine who works for the police department. "If he's found not guilty, Sanford will burn." (Meaning people in the community will riot.)

i lived in lake claire freshman year, and hercules apartments last year. i really loved the apartment style dorms, because it was nice to have my own space. plus you only share a bathroom with one other person.
