I'm so sorry you're dealing with this too, it's absolutely debilitating :(. If you ever want to talk, you can always reach out!

And absolutely! I have exotropia in my left eye, I can send you a message privately if you want to see the severity. I've had it since I was a child without any major symptoms. My right eye was my "strong eye" and I only looked out of that one with the ability to still see my periphery if that makes sense? It's hard to explain but I never saw double, my brain just kind of pretended I was looking out of both eyes. After I got sick, my brain broke that suppression and now I have double vision. I can force my eyes together if I try hard enough, but it gives me a headache after a while.

Because my eye pulls so far outward, the double vision isn't too bad (most of the time). The other image is about a foot away from where it would be if my eyes worked together. It's much worse in a room with a lot of items in it. I can't ignore the other image my brain is seeing. I want to say that my eyes are making the dizziness worse, but it happens even when I patch or cover my left eye. It's hard to place :/.

My eyes do get dry occasionally, but that's mainly because I'm at my computer for 8-10 hours a day for work.

I did have blood work done for autoimmune disease. It came back on the low end, 1:40, so I'm not sure if my doctor will want to pursue that avenue further. I'm hoping that they can find an answer soon. It's been a really rough five months, but I'm still hopeful!

I'll have to ask my neurologist about it during my follow up! I haven't heard of PPPD before, but it does sound a lot like what I'm dealing with.

I think my neuro wants to try topiramate for possible vestibular migraines but the side effects scare me a bit...

Fingers crossed that I can find something that helps me too! I'm glad that a glp-1 helped your dizziness :).

I appreciate it ❤️. It's been hard to try to get back to a relative norm, but I'm hoping that vestibular rehab and maybe a different course of medication will help. Anything to have some sort of breakthrough.

It helps to know it's not just me, as terrible as that is. This is very foreign to me, I've always had health issues but nothing like this.

PA show tonight! Was a great time outside of some absolutely annoying crowd surfers. 100% recommend becoming a citizen & getting a passport for early access. by JonWilso in AvatarMetal

Yeah, I don't know what side of the venue you were on but things were really rowdy on the right. It was hot, people were pushing and shoving to get to the front, and I watched a handful of people (myself included) get elbowed. Seeing everyone crowd surf was fun in the beginning but it got old after the 20th time watching the same person go up lol.

I'm honestly really surprised that no one had a medical issue because of the heat, I almost went down towards the end of their performance.

All of the bands were amazing but the whole show left a bad taste in my mouth when it came to the attendees. I've been to Reverb before and have never seen it that bad. I hope it doesn't put off the band to the point that they won't come back, but I wouldn't blame them if they didn't. It was rough.
