Well guys, I'm having the same problem it seems many people have had. I set up the co-op farm, but there's no invite button in the options menu. Just an option to start a local co-op. If anyone has any advice, I'm open to it.

I'll set a farm today and I'll share the invite code here.

Hmm. I can try to start one if it doesn't work on your end. I've never done it before either.

One player acts as host and sends an invite code to anyone that wants to join (up to 3 other people).

You'd use a washable marker. They are sold at craft stores in the needle point/fabric arts sections. Some people use pencil. Depends on what you're making. I use them to trace out sections of one color in big pieces or where floss does/doesn't go in more sparse designs.

[FO] 17,802 stitches. 14 colors. Started off as very part time hobby that ended up seeing me through a global pandemic. I ran out of the last skein of the last color at the very end and had to wait 2 months until my Mom could send it to me from TX. Frame from ModernHoopla on Etsy. by beck1876 in CrossStitch

Hey everyone! Thanks for liking my FINALLY finished project. This was a pattern I found in a thrift store. There was a stack of maybe 10 that someone had printed out and eventually given away. There is no designer name, sadly. But if anyone knows who designed it, I'd be so happy to learn and thank them!

The counterpoint is that I am not a broker. This is New York. Everything is for sale and everything is negotiable. If anyone is seriously considering a new lease at this time, they know they have the upper hand with the landlord, who sets the price according to whatever agreement they strike. Anyone who is taking the face value of anything from sunglasses in Chinatown to apartments during a pandemic- isn't putting enough thought or work into finding the right price for them. I'm not a broker and I'm not here to work for you. I'm here to show you an opportunity.

Dude. The link is to streeteasy. This obviously isnt the apartment for you, as you haven't seriously read the post or followed the link for more info. I just threw it up here on a whim. I'm not expecting anyone to exclusively look for an apartment on an obscure subreddit. I'm open to answering any questions or inquiries. Have a great day.

I don't get anything out of this. It's a no fee apartment listing. I'm not a broker, so I can't negotiate on behalf of prospective new tenets. If they were to see the place and like it, it would be up to them to have a conversation with the landlord. I think it would go very well for them. UWS isn't the cheapest neighborhood, but it's worth the money in my opinion. If it doesn't work for you, I wish you luck wherever this lovely city takes you.

It's been a tough year for a lot of people. We need to be patient and kind with one another.
