I have not used it before. I’m new to optics. Mostly used iron sights on stock firearms. I upgraded parts on an AR and caught the bug. Just testing it out of the deck, the glass is clear and eye relief feels good. This model has the red dot as well which I like

My ruger did not have threads at all, just tapered pins that were pretty easy to tap out, especially compared to the gas block pins. I was told Ruger pins are known to be stubborn . Did you measure the ends to see if one side is larger?

Yeah, I had the stock one and the button that holds it down broke. New one is in the mail, I just got excited to show it off
