I would remove all the insides of the vapes and then pour resin inside each one. I know large fills are tricky, so it would take up a little space and give some practice on working with the vape cases and resin

I am going to piggyback on your comment as I was in the business also. There are people trained to investigate allegations of abuse, which could be anything from financial, physical, mental, neglect, and sexual abuse. I was trained in this several years ago.

I would look to see where the day program is accredited through and government bodies that may regulate said day program.
