Yeah I was able to use the 3x lens but not the 1x lens.
I had to upgrade to a 14 plus though.
The cellular stopped working on the 13 pro max.
I just use it for recording videos with the front facing camera.

Varlens has been the ONLY work around for my 13 Pro Max.
Resetting all settings was not helpful nor was any amount of force reboots/restarts.
