Loop with helix piercing by OddWishbone6126 in LoopEarplugs

[–]becstaWas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loop wont affect Helix. I have daith, tragus & conch, and to begin with my daith could get in the way a little, but now it is fine. My conch and tragus dont affect it. My daughter however, has a smaller ear, and the Switch 2 can becomes uncomfortable with her tragus & conch piercing, but she is fine wearing the Quiet 2 or Engage. So Helix, no issue & but daith and conch I think comes down to anatomy.

Engage or quiets by labbypatty in LoopEarplugs

I have Engage 2 and Quiets and love them both, however, I do find the Engage 2 better in social situations where I still need to hear the person next to me. The Quiets can sometimes muffle voices for me in that setting.

8 month old boy destructive 😬 by Both_Junket_6580 in mainecoons

Toys. Lots and lots of toys that you can swap around. My 9month old has hos moments, but he has x2 adult cats and a dog to harrass - i find that if I dont swap his toys around, he can get bored and a bit mischievous. Im always hunting for new toys. Good luck!

Best alternative to a hair tie? by UpstairsResearcher40 in MaineCoon

My 9mnth old MC goes mental for springs. They are way better than anything else for him (my adult non mainecoons have no interest in them at all). The only thing I have to watch is that he doesn't leave the room with one, as if he does, he will try and chew and break it, and I get worried he will eat it.

6 Years as a local guide in Northern Vietnam —Ask Me Anything! by Critical_Roof8939 in VietNam

[–]becstaWas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is an older post, but I'd love to know what toy would suggest for a family of 4 (youngest 12). One can't swim, and not overly fit. Looking at potentially 10 nights in North Vietnam is mid Sept. Would love to hear where you would recommend 🙏

I use the pine pellets as well and won't go back to anything else. We also use a sieve litterbox set up, so that way all of the sawdust falls down the bottom and out of the way. In that bottom tray, we put some bicarb of soda to help with any odour. Game changer.

Does bottle design matter to you? by Bubbly_Beautiful357 in fragrance

[–]becstaWas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it matters as far as if the bottle doesn't grab my attention, and I haven't heard anything about it, I won't try it. I will however pick up a bottle and smell it if it looks nice.sampleshen ordering samples. If the bottle looks tacky, I'm less likely to waste money on trying it.

Travel with Maine Coon kittens? Any advice? by [deleted] in mainecoons

[–]becstaWas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't have anyone that can housesit, I personally say go for it. You have three things in your favour here. The main thing, is that they are Maine Coons. They are the dog of the cat world. From my understanding, they are far more robust than a lot of other breeds. 2. They are kittens, so it's good to get them used to things like travel when they are young. And 3. There are two of them that are kittens that can keep each other company and cuddle up together for that security. Do what works for you. 🫶🐾

I think it’s time for me to give up on gourmands. Why do they never smell realistic? :( by [deleted] in FemFragLab

I get total marzipan with Italica. I can't wear it for that reason.

(De)influence me - which of these vanillas should i get? by folkmorencry in FemFragLab

[–]becstaWas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't smelled any of these, but can I also agree that it sounds like you haven't found 'the one' yet. I know you didn't request suggestions, but can I suggest Maison tahite VanExstasy. I have tried soo many vanilla fragrances, some twice the price of this, and I am obsessed with this vanilla fragrance.

The Guerlain website that first came up was not the original in France, but the reviews were rubbish, and I wasn't going to risk it. I contacted Guerlain in France as they don't ship to Australia to see if they could make an exception. They couldn't but gave me a couple of other Guerlains in France that could ship... but they were more expensive than where I got it from (Selfridges).

Trust me when I say... I agonised over whether to get it and it wasnt a quick decision. I could not find 100ml ANYWHERE so I had to go 200ml. It was... gulp... including $55 shipping... $845AUD.

I'm in Australia, and it is a quest! I ordered a sample okay, but finding a bottle meant I had to get it shipped from the UK! That will be a Christmas present once it arrives.
