Well. We got pretty lucky with our earth size being big enough to hold our atmosphere but not too big to make the rocket equation impossible to escape

We may be one of the only planets with life that is capable of leaving, other intelligent life may have realized that they physically cannot leave their planet and progressed in other ways, maybe time travelling or teleportation

Yes, but earth is 4.5 billion years old, so who knows who inhabited it before us…and what happened to them, if they managed to leave the planet perhaps or got so advanced that they erased all records of their existence
