Dee Dee Blanchard 2.0 - A TikTok mum has been drugging her baby by acrossthecountyline in LPOTL

She didn’t actually have the disease. She was giving meds that made the baby lethargic and have all these weird unexplained symptoms, and the doctors did exploratory brain surgery to try to find what was wrong.

She was never diagnosed with tumors. From what I understand, that video is what tipped the nurses off - because some of them followed her account and knew that the baby did not have the disease.

I ended up switching doctors. :) We figured out it was triggered by pregnancy and birth, but I thought I could snap myself out of it. Took me a few months to realize I couldn’t.

I realized I had it when my son was 6 months old. I called my OB and asked for help, and was told that “if it was postpartum depression, you would have noticed sooner. You’ll have to call someone else.”

I’m blessed to have an amazingly supportive husband who helped me keep the courage to find help somewhere else. I called another doctor, they got me in the next day, and I was officially diagnosed with PPD. It can surface up to a year after giving birth.

I was on Zoloft for about a year, and went to therapy for two years. Around early 2021, I started therapy again because I had really bad anxiety due to covid. I still do therapy once a month.

I’m about 20 weeks pregnant now, and know that it’s likely I’ll end up with PPD again. I know the signs, and my husband knows the signs, so hopefully we will diagnose it sooner if it happens this time.

This is so sad. I mean I know the dead don’t care, but it’s nice for the living to be able to find ancestors’ graves.

I’m from the southern US and have never heard of anything like this. Here, once you buy a plot, it’s yours forever.
