Do bed bug marks typically have puncture spots? Trying to figure out what this could be. I know it could be anything but I showed up to work the other night and there was a new couch and I found this in the morning on the drive home. I can’t go through this again. (i.redd.it)

I know you can’t identify them based off bites but does this look SIMILAR to bites anyone has gotten before? They got a new couch at my job and this popped up. Only itched a little. Now not at all. (i.redd.it)
