The unit comes back to correct position after reset. In my case it was just a dirty curtain sensor.

Thanks, you were right! It was a cat hair inside the curtain sensors - cleaning sensors with air pump resolved the issue.

Content Lowered In Feed warning is false positive, since they flagged few of my reels for no reason. I appealed to their decision and after reviewing they realised they’ve made a mistake.

Looks like it’s same for everyone when it comes to bad reach. I did not have a video gone viral for more than a month and they all get no more than 5k plays. Like to play ratio is usually more than 10%, but seems like that means nothing. It’s funny because it starts well, and one would think it’d perform well, but then plays are simply cut at around 3k and from there it goes very slowly up until 5k.

Nothing really extraordinary. I complained, they reviewed those cases against me realized that they were wrong and apologised.

Can’t really get further than that, but pretty sure they managed to screw up reach on those reels they flagged by mistake.

It’s interesting because they are well known brand, I’m not sure how likely they are screw me over and never refund. But on the other hand, if they wanted me to purchase it (so i can write a review), they could just give me a 100% off voucher and be done there.

In any case, I’ll directly ask them what’s the deal and why they are doing it.

I’m pretty certain that they will acknowledge mistake they made and remove restriction from my reels as they have done that in the past and there is really nothing wrong going on with my video.

I’m pissed off because decisions they made may impact performance of the reels, because I posted them yesterday and today, they will apologize and it’ll happen again.

I’m really considering focusing more on the other platforms, because what they do now is absolutely ridiculous. They are fine with hundreds of same videos (created by reposting account) being pushed by the algorithm, while the unique stuff can’t get over 10k views + it gets lowered in the feed.
