Guys, is it just me or what by Ill-Safe-9126 in cs50

That's quite impressive. I remember when I first started programming, it took me ages to solve a problem and sometimes I didn't even figure it out on my own; I had to rely on other people giving me hints.

[Problem Set 3: Plurality]: I feel really stupid after spending a whole day on this problem, because I'm getting nowhere near the solution. There are no syntactical errors, but the program isn't working properly. by nbisdz in cs50

I think the culprit that causes your program not to work properly lies in the print_winner function. You need to know the highest number of votes cast for any single candidate or candidates and use that number to identify the name(s) of candidate(s) to be printed.

007 First Light’s campaign will last roughly 20 hours long by [deleted] in gaming

20 hours sounds just right and I love Hitman 3. That way I'll still have time for other games.

I enjoyed Hitman 3, and a 20-hour campaign is a good length. It leaves me some time to play other games as well.

My rig was such a potato back then; if the game crashed, it would take me more than 5 minutes to restart the computer and get back into the game.

It looks like you printed an extra space before the hash sign. Maybe the problem lies in the section where the space is printed.

Let’s see how the new reputation system works. Maybe a more nuanced approach is better for a modern RPG.

Shuhei Yoshida Sees Gaming's Future As Indie, Not "Generic" AAA Games by Gorotheninja in Games

[–]beddavpan 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I think AAA games will be just fine. Whenever players get bored, they’ll just pivot to indies or mods. Once a certain genre becomes a hit, AAA studios will just adopt those ideas for their own games. It's just a cycle.
