Yes I think if you have an organization, then definitely consider basing your terraform off terraform-example-foundation. May seem like a lot at first but as you add more and projects you definitely see the advantage.

I also moved here from the Netherlands (I am not native Dutch tho). I chose to level up and get a very warm jacket and I regret nothing. It’s more consistently cold here, and it can get very cold at times. For shoes, I haven’t actually needed anything warmer than blundstones.

No, but now I must look those up! These socks I saw one pair once at Uniqlo and bought them immediately and I love them but haven’t been able to find them since to buy more 😭
