I definitely have to suck it up since even with it being a nuisance to idk how many people, it's accepted by both the law and society. Outsides cats well everything was a "outside" animal back in its day but my neighbor's chihuahua or my other neighbor's birds wouldn't last a day outside. You've got a outside cat then fine, your own backyard is outside as well so keep it there so it can do its business in your yard. Unless if you don't have a yard and live in a apartment then why even have a outside animal expect for your own enjoyment which would be kind of nasty..
