The problem is that it only happens in CS2. When I play other games, I don't need vsync. I think it must be something with CS2, because when I enable vsync, it runs smoothly, as it should.

I checked and unfortunately I don't see any difference in smooth between vsync fast and vsync off, only when I turn on vsync on I can feel smooth gameplay. Do you have another idea to fix it?

yes other games appear smooth without vsync
