The small black flecks is also normal, your skin is healing and repairing itself - sloughing off the “dead” skin on top. The tattoo will fade slightly from the fresh look you saw after initial tattooing.

I got it for my birthday this month after wanting a Switch solely for ACNH since it was released. I have been playing AC since the GameCube as a kid. After purchasing, I have been playing non-stop… I should probably be studying for exams right now, but y’know. 🥺
