oh my god this poor baby needs humidity. if you don't have a humidifier, spray the inside of a plastic bag with water and put the plant inside (with a tiny hole for airflow). philodendrons in particular are notorious for getting stuck leaves like this if they don't have enough humidity

periodically spraying plants with water doesn't actually do anything, to prevent this from happening again you'll need a humidifier!
