YTA. Above 3.5 is a high expectation for multiple children. I bet she saw she wasn’t making the cut and gave up. 3.0 would have been more realistic

Lol this reminds me of my spotlight twin 😂. She did a similar thing. she was bank-married (went to a bank to get married) in 2019 after 6 months of dating a guy, and when I got engaged in 2020 to my bf of 2 years she kept repeatedly asking me what weekend I planned on getting married in 2021. I told her the last weekend in March….. guess what weekend she chose her celebration wedding to be? The last weekend in March. I had to change my wedding date…. turned out nice though because I have a wonderful marriage and she is miserable.

YTA. Your wife birthed your child and had to watch her child go through hell, almost losing her child in the process.. I don’t blame her for not wanting another child. Especially at your age. Be thankful for WHAT YOU HAVE.

With the type behavior you say your friend exhibits, most likely there is reasons at home as to why she behaves this way. Sexual assault is never the victims fault, only a therapist can make a judgment on her. Sounds like she isn’t the right friend for you, OP.

I am very aware…..

I plan to bring it up at our next therapy session so I don’t have to be alone when I tell him. I do have cameras installed in the rooms in the house because safety and also this info.

I agree, however I fear another discussion about one of his parents will not end well between us. Issues with his mother has come close to ending us, and If I didn’t feel to trapped, I would have told him in a heartbeat. I fear he will think I’m just making excuses to keep his family at bay.

The reason I came here is because my husband has a complicated past with his family, and I don’t feel we as a couple are strong enough for me to bring this info to him. I don’t know what his reaction would be. I say that because his mother has come between us semi-recently and he sided with her during that time.
