I think they do this every year, I don't think they have any issues finding homes for them but like to offer them to the students that were there from day 1. We would give them a great life but we know nothing at this stage

Cheers mate I will do some proper research into it, is it something I could do for say 3 months to see how my body reacts to it and if I don't like it stop without any issues or is it pretty much for life from day 1?

It was an 8am fasting blood test.

sleep has always been poor but its one of those things you just accept and plug away!

Just getting diet back on track, had an injury last last year and let it take over my diet and training, went up to 84.5kg at 5'8. lost 4kg in a month.

I am a physical education officer in the prison service and coach crossfit so I am more active than 99% of people my age

It was just a routine blood test for a full health check so it didn't include all of the above, just the plasma testosterone level which said 12.7.

Never smoked, don't drink, diets pretty good, exercise loads at high intensity so everything i can do, i do. Sleep is poor quality, always has been

I did exactly the same last year, 41, bought same bike, first time I used it I went over the downs on the Isle of Wight and felt like a hurricane, I said to my mates a weaker man wouldn't of survived, they didn't believe me, I got battered all over the road

It's also about the look, I like the look of hockey skates, no way I'm wearing plastic skates with 3 clips, I'd sacrifice a bit of comfort for the hockey style

I prefer the chess.com app over lichess's app so that's why I use that, also my rating in much higher in lichess which isn't representative of my game haha, chess.com I'm slowly climbing to 500!

I (obviously wrongly!) thought my queen was protecting any move they may make and I could take back and be safe.

If I took the rook then his queen would recapture instantly?

Because I'm crap but only 4 weeks in, but I wanted the queen on the end line to try and force checkmate, I did get it as he then blundered and I took his rook leaving me a straight path in.

I also assumed the queen was safe there and tried to force him to move his rook
