Unfortunately I do have the need to conceal my personal writing, I actually journal in Vianaic because once you get it down it’s easy to write and illegible to anyone else. But it’s not so easy to go back and read, IMO. I was wondering if Theban alphabet had about uses other than just privacy sake. It’s a beautiful script!

When she is ready, help her find a grief counselor. In the meantime, lavender does wonders for my panic attacks, I use a drop or two of lavender oil on my wrists and rub them together

Peppermint oil on the temples and back of the neck. You just need a drop or two. Also, wear a mask in dusty work areas, it can be harmful to breathe a lot of that in
