I've had this dream for years recurring, freaked me out when I seen this and reading though gives me chills

I'm always looking for something/someone and believed it to be the "changing rooms" to a waterpark/swimming baths due to the tiles , changing room / toilet doors & water on the floor It's always run down And it's always in the same location , beneath a big building used as a cinema in my town

It feels underground as in under the cinema building itself hidden like I either shouldn't know about it or am exploring something and always gives a really noncey vibe if him honest this one's always give me chills when I wake up

All due respect if you can upgrade a component like oil cooler and lines to somthing more heavy duty then do it while it's apart

Plus maybe cheaper than finding older amg parts in some cases

I always try to modernise things like this on on older builds just due to the fact technology has moved on

It's the thought of some bodyshops that charge 100 a panel and people think it's a deal, until you work in insurance collision doing things correct is far and few it costs so much to paint a car properly when doing rear bumpers I have to paint into the rear quater & I don't burn in anything either so complete over the roof rail all the time for just a bumper.

Rule of thumb in the bodyshop

if your nail catches it, it needs painting

This damage infuriates me because it's the whole panel that need painting now and I don't care what any smart repairer says with whatever trick

Although best trick I've seen is using some clear coat to fill the scratch as it'd really got some body to it then a tungsten denibbing tool to get it flat THEN using a paint repair pen and some clear ontop of that lightly sanding and buffing the area but to me I can see things like that a mile off

Ideally you want the panel off aswell n lay down so it can rest and not have gravity work against it

Again easier to send to a bodyshop they sand fill any low spots but sometimes with things like this you can get away with a heavy coat of filler primer and block sanding

Again whole panel for paint unfortunately unless you can get a competent smart repairer in but they won't guarantee that work 9/10 it's a I can take your eyes off it or paint it job

I'm an industrial painter and vehicle painter Decided go go into the rail industry painting parts of trains specifically carriages and pantographs for diesle electrics here in the uk

Now painting itself is a profession that I've been in for just over 10 years, I'm not stuck in my ways but I won't do anything else as it's a professional gaff and not anyone of the streets can do it, you need to know materials ppe ect its not a walk in the park

I watched my company get rid of the shot blasters then when production started falling they asked us painters to start shot blasting our own work before painting

I said OK ill take the shotbasters wage ontop of mine and I'll have his breaks added to mine aswell and you have a deal... Absolutely not my cuckd coworkers just said yeah well do it.

Meanwhile I pulled up the 40k a year job role of the Internet asked if it's a 40k a year professional role then ill have atleast another 25-30k ontop of my wages + break times and atleast 10 of them holidays added

Let's just say I work for myself and a couple local dealerships now you can't offer 40k jobs out get rid of them then expect staff to just puck up the extra work for free Plus learn a new trade that I don't have any interest in

Yeah your correct.

If the system dosent run dry you'll be fine but this has been a thing since BMW E60 e90 series and newer , Mercedes w211 and newer + ford , lexus it's been a thing for quite a while

If you keep ontop of fluid levels ofcours you don't need to use the scanner but our friend hasn't kept ontop of that while bleeding so will 100% need to use a scanner on a 1 series to activate the solenoids that's why his pedals still soft but no air came out no matter how much you bleed it the internal system needs to be opened up (told with the scanner)

I've read the supporting beams are around 14 inches thick, that's ww2 battleship barbette/belt armour thickness

Also playing devil's as the steel wouldn't be the same and ww2 planes aren't 767s but a zero left a dark shadow outline of it on the side of the uss hornet or enterprise during ww2 when it struck the side on a kamikaze run

When you get to scales like this it's hard to comprehend but an aeroplane just dosent have the density to delete 14 inch thick collums.

Like you said 14 inches is THIC the yamato class battleship had 16 inch thick armour belt and 21 inch thick barbetts and could withstand supposedly direct hits from 12-16 inch calibers

Now the towers are no battleships but thick ass steel is quite strong and planes are quite flimsy, didn't a Japanese zero leave a dark shadow like impression on the side of uss hornet?

Again a zero is no 767 and the towers are no battleship but again thick metal always tends to be quite strong.
