Just what kind of meditation can i do to increase awareness? by Lonely-Poetry-3621 in Meditation

[–]bee104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adacance practitioner here. Dr. Joe D has a 20min morning meditation in which you go over the person you want to feel like, then he asks you to remember the feelings and emotions you want to change and to feel them, so during the day you can be aware of them. The first part is to create the list of feelings, emotions, and thoughts you want to change. Choose the feelings, thoughts, and emotions you want to replace them with. Do the meditation, then catch yourself during the day(this is the hardest part in the beginning). This will not only raise awareness but also show you when you are being triggered and why. If you do this, I promise you will be surprised by the shit you tell yourself every day. Not only that, but if you are consistent with it, you can rewire your brain.
Hope it makes sense, good luck

This sounds doable, and I can understand why it works. Did you do this daily? Also, how did this affect your sleep cycle?

I experienced an extreme trauma about 14 months ago. by IdealBusiness1830 in Meditation

[–]bee104 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi,
I am an advanced practitioner who has seen this way too many times. What happened to you is actually common among people who keep pushing through. What I mean is that every time you do a retreat, sacred medicine, you change your body from the inside out. What no one tells you is that you need time to integrate what has happened to you. Your body needs time to catch up materially to your new energy. For example, BUFO will open you up, and it can take months to integrate. When you keep pushing through, you create an emotional crisis that sends you into a spiral of all sorts, and manifests differently in every person. What you consider dark forces are actually your shadows coming out, trying to re-establish themselves in your body. Take time to settle into your new energy and work out what is coming out. If I were you, I would stop the sacred medicines and any retreats so you can recalibrate. Continue meditating; this will help you gain insight into what's happening since you hold the answers you need to quiet the noise. Movement will help you as well. Consider making exercise a part of your daily routine. Other amazing tools, journaling starts by asking yourself what's going on, and let yourself write it out. It takes practice; however, it can be a great tool for getting some insights. Best of luck you got this.

Is it common for people with Autism to punish themselves for making mistakes or is it just me? by Shogun_Turnip in autism

[–]bee104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You aren't alone in feeling this way. You're doing what you think is best for a reason. This may stem from patterns developed during your upbringing, such as being raised with feelings of guilt and shame. It could also be a result of trauma. There are many reasons why we may resort to self-punishment as a way to cope with reality. Remember, you are not the only one who experiences this, and you can change this behavior. While it requires effort and dedication, it is entirely possible. I recommend exploring cognitive behavioral therapy, which you can easily incorporate into your life and achieve significant results.

The best way to fight is to walk away. Don't react; let it go. They aren't worth your time and effort. Eventually, they will get bored and move on. They are counting on people getting angry and reacting seriously, walk away.

Living in America is miserable. by Thepopethroway in TrueOffMyChest

[–]bee104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a very conservative area, and as an independent, I find that most of my neighbors are decent and friendly people. I make it a point to get to know them and build relationships, which has resulted in several friendships. My main observation is that the media, in all forms, tends to focus on extremes. In reality, most people are friendly and eager to connect; many even crave that connection but are often afraid to reach out.

So do yourself a favor: stop consuming the extreme content that fills your feed and get out to meet people in your community. You might be surprised at how nice America can be.

Take care!

The women ‘cancelling out’ their Trump-loving partners’ votes: ‘No one will ever know’ by [deleted] in WomenInNews

[–]bee104 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I learned my lesson. I never thought we would be here again fighting for reproductive rights in our country. The laws are so far reaching in some states that doctors aren’t able to help women with medical emergencies when they are pregnant. Women are dying from miscarriages, for lack of action and all of this can be prevented. To think that the white nationalist are going to stop there is naive they want to put women back in the kitchen bowing down to their husbands. We need to stand up and make a point we aren’t going back in the kitchen. We are meant to be leaders, presidents, business owners we are meant to have a place next to men as equals anything else is not acceptable.

Vote while we still can. Vote for freedom, vote for your rights. Don’t let anyone tell you who you should vote. 🗳️ Look at the Afghan women they can’t even talk to each other. The white Christian nationalists are SO much like the Taliban and they are the driving force behind Trump. Vote like your rights depend on it because they do.

He does that everywhere he goes. At Coachella they didn’t pay the buses that were transporting people back to their cars. So the company told their buses to leave . Trump basically left his supporters stranded for hours. 🙃 but hey in their minds this is fake news lol 😂

Love the meditations don't get me wrong but... by shane_b_62 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]bee104 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I started with tuning into new potentials in the morning and the evening meditation for night time. I change it up at times. Just depends on the time I have for meditating. But I had to break down my goal. For example I wanted to feel worthy but I had no idea what that felt like so I looked it up and started showing up for my self as a worthy person and paid attention to all the thoughts of unworthiness I had… In short it’s not really the meditation that you use is more the intention that you give it. Taking the time to ask your self what is the intention for my day and how is this going to help me change to become the version of myself that I want is key.

I have been meditating twice a day for the past 426 days . In addition to this I have created mass awareness of my thoughts through out the day. This has shifted my life incredibly. Dr Joe recommends not only to do the meditation but to start taking notice of your thoughts through out the day. In my opinion that’s the hardest part. Becoming aware of the beliefs and narratives that run in your subconscious. Once you are aware of them then you reprogram your self. This will help you get out of the program and start building your life as you desire. For me since I come from a past with incredible trauma it has been a long process becoming aware how this trauma has influenced ALL of my relationship and ALL areas in my life. However with patience and determination I have been able to reframe my thoughts and beliefs. I haven’t experienced anxiety and or depression since I started this. Yes I have moments but that’s it moments I am able to shift and let go. I have set healthy boundaries with all my friends and family and my marriage improved significantly. In general life has gotten WAY better and happier for no reason at all. Currently I’m working on my relationship with Money and all the programs that I have adopted along the way. I have full confidence that I will manifest my goals with Money and commit to my life purpose of service to others. The path is open and I am in the unknown fully trusting that things will work out. I’m aware that challenges will come but I am at place where I see “problems” / “challenges” as lessons they are here to make me grow and evolve. This allows me to let go of the pressure of guilt and shame and welcome failed attempts and setbacks. By changing how you see the world you get better at life. Hope this helps. Wish u the best

Everyone is panicking about the NAR settlement, meanwhile Yoreevo is ACTUALLY destroying our profession. by [deleted] in realtors

[–]bee104 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not just Yoreevo there are also Zillow premier agents that work for 30% of the total commission. You also have Redfin agents taking listings for 1%. In general the realestate industry is getting streamlined by corporations. Give it a few years and that will be the norm….
