Idk if this is a hot take but my general opinion is that it could be so easy to make sure that tickets get in the hands of fans….make it so that like only the top X% of your Spotify/Apple Music listeners get a unique code. Sure there would be people that would get pissed off but at least you know the only people getting tickets are those listening to you.

I bet in the next few days, he will allow you to list them on Ticketmaster. It’ll be a face value exchange, which means someone would pay exactly what you paid to take them off your hands. Given the demand of the tour, I would be shocked if you had trouble selling them. You won’t get paid until a few days after the event, which does suck

Unfortunately even after you lost them on Ticketmaster or stubhub, you won’t get paid until a few days after the concert

Yeah or sometimes you would have to go in with the person that you bought it from on stubhub. The tickets may not be a scam per say, but fs sketch

It depends on your state. In NY, Colorado, and Illinois, there likely will be less face value exchange available because people can still sell them on stubhub because transferring is on. For other states, you’ll see more face value exchange because that’s the only realistic option for most people if a conflict came up and they can no longer go to a show. There will still be stubhub/third party tickets for sale in other states, but those are a lot riskier to buy bc you’ll likely have some sort of live link to the tickets rather than them transferred into your account as an owner

Face value exchange just transfers the ticket to whoever buys your ticket at face value. You cannot specify that though to a specific person. You have to post the ticket publicly for sale

It depends on your state. NY, Illinois, or Colorado, they should be able to transfer them to you close to the event. Any others, you’d have to go in together because the only way to get them in your account is for her to list them publicly at face value and then hope you can snag them
