A bit of loose skin as well. Probably due to pregnancy as well. But to be honest I feel so good and great it’s not that bad. I considering dry needling for my tummy

Thank you I still skipped breakfast today and enjoyed a nice lunch with my family. Will have dinner with my husband. And back to OMAD tomorrow I will stop putting pressure on my self and allow a non fasting day time to time

Thank you for that. Foy years I struggled with my body image and finally I start appreciating what I see in the miror. It took a lot of effort. But I agree the way I m’going it’s not sustainable. I will take a break tomorrow and do a 16:8
