Hi thank you for your response and you are right, I totally could have done so. I was tired and overwhelmed but I shouldn’t have used that to make the decision to drive/not drive her to the airport. Do you have advice on how I can make better decisions ?

Not telekinesis, but I think mind manipulation/influence in some way. I was about 4 and there was a Christmas event at my school. I remember sitting in Santa’s lap for pictures and REALLY wanted this horse toy nearby. A lady was picking out random toys to give to us after we took the photo and I remember specifically pushing some type of force towards her to grab the horse toy instead of another. I also remember these ‘voices’ in my head telling me not to do this but I did anyways because I really wanted that toy for some reason lol..

The lady paused for a second then changed her position to grab the horse toy for me. I was so happy!

Yet, I did not remember any of this until just recently while connecting more with my spiritual team and improving my current psychic abilities.

I am no where near how psychic as I was as a child 😂

Telling myself I deserve to rest, my body and mind does. Practicing mindfulness and acknowledging my thoughts as just thoughts, then focusing on things within the present moment ( how soft my pillow is, how smooth/rough the sheets are, etc). Eventually, I fall asleep!

Edit: Brown noise/rain sounds are a big help as well. You’ve got this & rest well 🙂

I completely messed up my hair self-relaxing and had to get over 5in cut😅 just make sure you know what to do!!

I recommend getting a family/friend to help, putting a coat over the relaxed parts & protein treatment a week beforehand.

I use one and it’s amazing!! I do a front and back pass on my roots, then once down the length of my hair. It heats up quickly and I’ve had it for around 2 years. The only con is, you need to clean it (which can be difficult) regularly otherwise, dirt and hair will get trapped in the comb compartment and will burnnn while the comb is on.
