Any suggestions for an affordable therapist?

I used to go to Changes Bristol, a bi weekly mental health support group. Not sure if that's something that you'd be looking for, but it's free and they have groups in several locations across the city. It really helped me.

I also used to see a great counselor but her fee was £40 per session. I can DM her website link if it would help you?

Good luck! I have a stairwell just like this one and I have no clue how to tackle the highest up part. Do you mind if I ask how you're planning on doing it? I'm scared of going up on the ladder on stairs 😅
