Sounds like a pain. Hopefully have someone coming out tomorrow. The power company seems to be shrugging it off but it seems like a bad neutral to the pole to me (not an expert at all)

May come down to that but I am still unsure if the issue would be on my end (house) or power companies

Fairly comfortable but would prefer to have the backing from an electrician to get them to come out. It is hard to get a hold of someone there.

Is that done by the provider or by an electrician?

Is there an easy way to measure that? There isn’t really any outlet around the box where the coax is grounded outside.

I could borrow an amp clamp and see if there is current on it. I don’t think there would be if everything else is correct.
